HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Kansas Attorney General’s Office will mark National Consumer Protection Week with free document destruction events throughout the state again this year.
Hutchinson area residents can drop off their documents Thursday, March 5th from 4 until 6 p.m. at the Kansas State Fairgrounds. Motorists are asked to enter the fairgrounds through Gate 3 at 23rd and Main.
Consumers are asked to limit their documents for destruction to three small bags or boxes. Documents will be securely transported to the shredding facility for safe destruction by certified shredding companies.
