Plummer, 45, Phillipsburg, was taken into custody with charges of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and no drug tax stamp. She remains in custody pending bail.Additional arrests are anticipated.All persons involved are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
