Tracy Lynn Snedeker, 48, of Hutchinson, died January 26, 2020, at her home. She was born May 6, 1971, in Wichita, the daughter of Kenneth P. and Yvonne M. (Yoder) Yearout. Tracy graduated from Hutchinson High School in 1989 and attended Cowley County Community College.
On December 14, 1991, she married Loren R. Snedeker in Wichita.
Tracy enjoyed couponing and gardening. She also was involved in raising and showing Boxers and was a member of the Hutchinson Kennel Club. Tracy’s greatest joy in life was her family, spending time with her children and granddaughter, and going for a pop with her sisters.
She is survived by: her husband, Loren, of the home; children, Cadey Dick (Jordan) and Dylen Snedeker, both of Hutchinson; granddaughter, Kinzy Dick; parents, Kenneth Yearout and Yvonne Yearout, Hutchinson; sisters, Tamra Andsager (Thomas, Hutchinson, Kylie Rush (Cole, Haven, Taryn Horbotwicz (Walter, Hutchinson; grandparents, Glen and Jean Yoder, Hutchinson, Dwain and Peggy Yearout, South Haven; father-in-law, Leo Snedeker, Derby; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Tracy was preceded in death by: great-grandmother, Marvyce Crittenden; great-grandparents, Barbara and Toby Yoder and Grace and Vern Pike and and mother-in-law, Lorraine Snedeker.
Cremation has taken place and there will be no service. A come-and-go celebration of Tracy’s life will be from 2-4 p.m. Saturday, February 1, 2020, at Elliott Chapel. Following the public gathering, the family will have some private time for themselves. Friends may sign the memorial book from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday thru Saturday at Elliott Mortuary.
