PRATT COUNTY — One person died in an accident just after 6:30p.m. Sunday in Pratt County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Chevy Colorado driven by Jose J. Munoz-Arroyo, 48, Dodge City, was westbound on U.S. 54 three miles west of Cunningham.
The pickup left the roadway and the driver over corrected. The pickup rolled in the median and came to rest in the eastbound lanes.
Munoz-Arroyo was pronounced dead at the scene and transported to Larsons Mortuary.
Passenger in the vehicle Rolando Caal-May, 41, and Jennifer Munoz, 21, both of Dodge City were transported to Wesley Medical Center.
Munoz was not wearing a seat belt, according to the KHP.
