 </figure>SEDGWICK COUNTY — Law enforcement authorities are investigating a robbery and have made an arrest.Just after 1:15 a.m. December. 30, police responded to an armed robbery call at the Quik Trip, 1010 East Douglas in Wichita, according to officer Charley Davidson.&nbsp; Upon arrival, officers contacted a 23-year-old male employee who reported a suspect later identified as 28-year-0ld&nbsp; Donald Lybarger entered the store and handed him a threatening note that demanded cash from the register.&nbsp; Cash was given to Lybarger who then fled the store on foot. No one was injured during the incident.Through the investigation, investigators were able to learn of Lybarger’s involvement. On Wednesday, police located him in the 3600 Block of East Harry in Wichita. He is being held on&nbsp;one count of aggravated robbery and a Kansas Department of Corrections (KDOC) warrant, according to Davidson.Lybarger has previously been arrested and convicted on a charge of a violation of the Kansas Offender Registration Act and is currently on parolee with the Kansas Department of Corrections. He was convicted of "sexual contact no consent in Colorado in 2012, according to the KBI offender registry.
