Photo courtesySalina Police Department The Salina Police Department (SPD) has issued a statewide Silver Alert for the following individual.&nbsp;Kenneth “Kenny” Reitcheck has not been seen since Nov. 4, 2019.&nbsp;According to information provided by SPD, he is known to suffer from diminished mental health capabilities and is on disability.
