HUTCHINSON, Kan — Hutchinson Public Works announced Monday that Plum Street between 23rd and 20th avenues will be closed for an extended period of time starting Wednesday.

Crews will be working to repair a failed storm sewer pipe. The work is expected to take 10 days to complete, weather permitting.&nbsp;
