<p>The Kansas winter sports season will begin on schedule after a vote of the board of directors of the Kansas High School Activities Association.</p><p>KSHSAA rules will allow play to begin on Dec. 1, with a moratorium on activities from Dec. 23 to Jan. 7. Practices can resume Jan. 4, and games will be allowed to resume Jan. 8.</p><p>No fans will be allowed to attend high school games Dec. 1 to Jan. 28, with local jurisdictions making the determination of resuming attendance Jan. 29.
