HUTCHINSON, Kan. — On Tuesday, members of the Hutchinson Police Department Special Operations and Investigations Bureau completed an investigation into a juvenile sex offense. Two arrests were made in reference to the investigation.
Fifty-seven-year-old Mark E. Rank of Belle Plaine, KS was arrested for (1) Electronic Solicitation; Believes the child to be 14-15 YOA, and (2) Indecent Solicitation of a Child.
Also arrested was 61-year-old Margaret A. Myrick of Belle Plaine, KS for (1) Conspiracy to Commit Indecent Solicitation of a Child.
All suspects are considered innocent until found guilty in a court of law.
