Hutchinson CC Sports Information
The Hutchinson Community College Athletic Department has announced site and time changes for Wednesday's scheduled KJCCC women's soccer matchup between the Blue Dragons and No. 4 Cowley College.
The game will now be played on the artificial turf of Don Michael Field (17th and Severance) and the start of the game will be pushed back one hour to 7 p.m.
The reason for the site and time change is the high potential of heavy rain on Tuesday and Wednesday in the Hutchinson area. Hutchinson High School plays a home match at the natural grass Salthawk Soccer Complex on Tuesday.
Hutchinson enters play Wednesday in third place in the KJCCC 7-5-2 overall record and a 6-2-2 mark in the league. Cowley is in sole possession of first place at 10-1 overall and 9-1 in the Jayhawk.
The Blue Dragons dropped a 5-3 decision to Cowley on September 19 in Arkansas City.
Admission is free for the game. Fan parking will be along 17th Avenue. The game will be streamed on the Blue Dragon Sports Network beginning at 6:50 p.m.
