HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Dillons and the Hutchinson/Reno County Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting at the new Dillons fuel center at 4th and Plum in Hutchinson Friday afternoon.

"This investment here is about a $1.5 million investment for us," said Steve Dreher, Dillons division president. "Over the last ten years, as we've grown as a company, we've spent well over $200 million with all of our stores. We just continue to keep growing, keep building on what we've had and the success we've had."

Those who use the store this weekend who are Dillons Card members get an additional 20 cents off per gallon of gas over and above their fuel reward points.

"It takes a village of all of us working together, not only for economic recovery, but to move forward for development," said Sheila Regehr with Dillons. "It's so exciting to be here today to welcome this new fuel center."
