
Myrna Faye Jordan, 78, passed away December 22, 2020, in Hutchinson. She was born July 1, 1942, in Wichita.
Myrna was a graduate of Buhler High School. She worked as a machinist at Cessna/Eaton in Hutchinson, retiring after 31 years of service. During Myrna’s employment, she was an active union member. After retirement, Myrna enjoyed volunteering at the Elmdale Community Center as a member of the ‘Crochet Angels’.
On December 8, 1960, Myrna married Vic Jordan, whom she met at Buhler High School. They recently celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary.
She is survived by her husband, Vic Jordan of Hutchinson; children, Tammy (Tim) Heidebrecht of Hutchinson, and Steve Jordan of Marquette; grandchildren, Lauren (Omar) Alvidrez, Ashley Heidebrecht, and Chevie Kinast; and great-grandchildren, Emily Alvidrez and Ryan Alvidrez.
Myrna was preceded in death by her parents, Viola Pauline (Miller) Millet and Ervin Millet.
Graveside service will be 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, December 29, 2020, at Fairlawn Burial Park, Hutchinson, with Pastor Matt Stafford officiating. Friends may call from 1 to 8 p.m. Sunday, December 27, from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday, December 28, and from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, December 29, at Elliott Mortuary.
