RENO COUNTY - Along with increased COVID cases in Reno County, there has been additional demand for testing. There are several local testing options available including one that will be located at the Kansas State Fair starting Friday.
The Hutchinson Clinic, Prairie Star Health Center, Xpress Wellness Urgent Care, and the Little Clinic are all performing COVID testing. Call or visit their websites for appointment information. Free testing is also available from WellHealth at the Simply Good Overstocks location in South Hutchinson. Appointments can be made online at www.gogettested.com.
During the Kansas State Fair, September 10 -19, KDHE will be located at 9 Wheat State Lane, just outside of the Meadowlark Building. They will be administering COVID testing, along with Moderna and Pfizer vaccines from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
