HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Two Hutchinson High School seniors won the Reno County Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge that was held on Tuesday using a virtual platform.
Dalton Estes and Riley Lusk are qualified to compete at the state level in April 2022.
The students had to submit an Executive Summary, present a formal presentation, and give an elevator pitch with questions.
The goal of the competition is to expose Kansas middle and high school students to entrepreneurship and give them a hands-on experience.
The Kansas Entrepreneurship Challenge will be held at Kansas State University in Manhattan. This event will include the top young entrepreneurs from schools across the state.
