PRATT, Kan. — The City of Pratt posted on social media Friday that they need citizens to begin voluntary water conservation measures.
Those could include:
Only running the dishwasher or clothes washer when full
No washing of cars, boats or outdoor equipment
Turn off the faucet when washing hands, shaving or brushing teeth Water lawn and flowers in the evening or in the morning, when needed
Do not use water for non-essential purposes
Avoid toys that use a constant stream of water
Report any leaks immediately to City of Pratt at (620) 672-6446.
