
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Police found the second suspect they had been looking for in an April 13 armed robbery where a juvenile was caught after a vehicle chase.
Juan Dominguez had his initial court appearance Thursday. He was booked into jail on Wednesday on suspicion of aggravated robbery and aggravated assault with a dangerous weapon.
A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested for Aggravated Robbery, Aggravated Battery, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Felony Flee and Elude, Illegal transportation of liquor, Possession of a firearm under the influence, Illegal display, No proof of insurance and driving without a license after leading police on a chase throughout Hutchinson April 13 connected to the incident.
Magistrate Judge Daniel Gilligan set a status appearance for Dominguez on April 29. He is no longer listed on the jail log as of Friday morning.
