Carole Dyer, 82, of Haven, Kansas, passed away Thursday, June 25, 2020 at her home. She was born February 3, 1938, in Hutchinson, Kansas, the daughter of Robert H. and Edna Ruth (Kennedy) Astle.
She was united in marriage to Tony Dyer. They later divorced.
Carole was a devoted homemaker. She had worked for the Reno County Courthouse and various banks.
Carole is survived by her sons, Kelly (Lynette) Dyer and Mike (Karen) Dyer, both of Hutchinson; daughter, Linda (Art Allen) Dyer of Haven; five grandchildren, Randi, Jordan, Adryan, Bryce and Danielle; two great-granddaughters, Kaylynn and Rayna; brother, Michael (Sharon) Astle of Sun City, Arizona; and her dog, Dermott.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, July 1, 2020, at Laurel Cemetery, Haven, Kansas. Friends may call from 3 to 5 p.m., Tuesday, June 30, at Ott Funeral Home, Haven.
