 </figure>KCAC<div>KANSAS CITY, Mo. &mdash;&nbsp;Five teams from the Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) were recognized in the latest edition of the&nbsp;Netting Professionals NAIA Football Coaches' Poll, the national office announced Monday. Friends University remained in the Top 10, moving up one spot to No. 8. Southwestern College moved up three spots to No. 17. The KCAC saw three teams secure a spot in the "Receiving Votes" category: McPherson College, Kansas Wesleyan University, and Evangel University. The next edition of the&nbsp;Netting Professionals NAIA Football Coaches' Poll will be released Monday, September 29. &nbsp;

<h2>Poll Methodology</h2>
<ul>
<li>The national poll is for publicity purposes only and does not influence the selection process for national championship consideration.</li>
<li>A panel of head coaches representing each conference and the Continental Athletic Conference (Independents) votes in the poll.</li>
<li>The Top 25 teams are selected using a&nbsp;points-based system:
<ul>
<li>30 points for a 1st-place vote, 29 for 2nd, 28 for 3rd, and so on.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>The&nbsp;highest and lowest rankings&nbsp;received by each team are&nbsp;discarded&nbsp;before final tallying.</li>
<li>Teams receiving&nbsp;only one point&nbsp;are&nbsp;not listed&nbsp;as &ldquo;receiving votes.&rdquo;</li>

The Falcons are the only team in the NAIA to amass more than 200 points in total, leading the association at 64 points per game. Friends also boasts the best yards-gained average by opponents in the NAIA at 135.3.

The Blue Raiders buckled down in the second half after trailing by 10 at intermission, outscoring the Eagles 21-3 over the final two quarters to stay unbeaten in 2025. Lindsey Wilson is off, this week, setting up an Oct. 4 battle in the Top 25 with Georgetown (Ky.).
