HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The USD 308 Board of Education heard updates to Academic and Communications strategic planning during its regular meeting Monday (June 28, 2021).
At Monday’s meeting, the USD 308 Board of Education heard presentations from Executive Director of Elementary Education and School Improvement, Rhonda Trimble, and Director of Communications, Marissa Meis, on recent progress on the district’s strategic planning process. Trimble presented updates on KESA (Kansas Education Systems Accreditation) and Meis shared the beginning stages of the strategic plan for the district’s communications department.
Also during Monday’s meeting, the Board:

o Approved the Annual End of the Year Fund Raiser Report
o Approved End of Year Transfer Report FY 202-21
o Approved Gifts to Schools
o Tabled the Approval of FastBridge Subscription and Training 2021-22
