
Judges in California and Maryland have ordered multiple government agencies to reinstate probationary employees who were terminated under directives from the Office of Personnel Management.
The judges' names are William Alsup of California, and James Bredar of Maryland. These judges want 14 federal departments — including Agriculture, Defense, Energy, Interior, Treasury, and Veterans Affairs — along with the Environmental Protection Agency to get reinstated.
