LYONS, Kan. — A man has been arrested and is currently being held in the Reno County Correctional Facility for a case out of Rice County.
Few details are availabe but Alan Moffett is being held on suspicion of attempted second degree murder, aggravated battery, aggravated burglary, burglary, criminal tresspass and criminal damage to property.
The Rice County Sheriff’s Department and Lyons Police would only say that Moffett was arrested last night. He was booked into the facility in Hutchinson around 2:00 a.m. Friday with a bond of $500,000.
The Rice County SO said that more information would be released by the Lyons Police Department and the Sheriffs department.
