TOPEKA, Kan. — The latest KSHSAA Covered high school football rankings were released following Week 3 of the 2026 season, with several area teams represented in the top five or among teams receiving consideration.
Sterling remains No. 1 in Class 1A, while Hesston moved up to No. 3 in Class 3A. Inman is No. 4 in Class 1A after suffering its first loss of the season. Buhler, McPherson, Haven, Kingman, Moundridge and Hutchinson Central Christian are among the area teams receiving consideration in their respective classifications.
