HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Another Hutchinson neighborhood will get its official proclamation on Tuesday.
The proclamation for the Midtown Neighborhood, which is between 11th and 17th and between Main and Monroe, is on Tuesday's City Council agenda. The proclamation was decided on this past August in a neighborhood meeting.
The Midtown Neighborhood is part of the Hutchinson Healthy Neighborhoods Initiative, a collaborative approach to improve the marketability of area neighborhoods, making them an attractive place residents and newcomers choose to live for an enhanced quality of life.
The Hutchinson City Council meeting is at 9 a.m. Tuesday at City Hall.
