City Hall will be opening back up soon in Hutchinson."We're hoping to be open April 1," said City Manager Jeff Cantrell. "I know that it's already adding complexity to some of the departments that interface quite a bit with the public. It is our goal to be open by April 1."City Hall has been closed since July 14.
