RILEY COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged sexual assault and have made an arrest.
On Friday police arrested 21-year-old Marvin Santell Gatewood Jr. of Manhattan, on a Geary County District Court Warrant, according to the Riley County Police Department arrest report.
He is being held on a requested charge of rape; sexual intercourse with physically powerless victim on a bond $10,000, according to the RCPD.
