PARTRIDGE , Kan. — The National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating missing teen, Tiara Lockhart.
Tiara, 15, went missing from Patridge, Kansas on September 11, 2024.
Authorities believe that she may still be in the local area or travel to the Topeka, Kansas area. Tiara is described as 5'3", weighs 120 lbs., and has brown eyes with light brown hair.
