HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Hutchinson Public Works announced Wednesday that starting Thursday, December 10, all traffic signals will be disabled at East 3rd Avenue & North Severance Street. The intersection will be a four way stop while repairs are being made.
East 3rd Avenue will be narrowed to two lanes for the duration of the repairs. Work should be completed by December 16, 2020 if no issues arise and weather does not become a factor.
