Today's "Throwback Thursday Collection" takes us to the 600 block of North Main on the west side.

The little building at 623 N. Main was built in 1916. The first long-term tenant was the Dolf Fetzer Auto Service around 1920. The first photo shows that business in 1923.

The second photo shows the Dolf Fetzer Garage sign during the 1929 flood.

A myriad of businesses have been in the location since. The 1920s, 1930s and 1940s were always auto, battery or tire services.

From 1968 through 1975, it was the Jimmie Earl Chiropractic office.

In 1978, it was Tom Kirby's Nature Shoppe. The third photo shows that venture.

In the 1980s, it was Osborne Communications, Sunflower Pawn, Plumb Yours, Sun Limited, Ironwood Golf Co. and All Seasons Exteriors. The 1990s had Sign Pro and Joe's Detail Shop.

By 2014, Nathan Delzer had Estate Liquidators there. The fourth photo shows that business.

Bob Updegraff bought the building and expanded Harley's Bicycles into it. The fifth photo shows that in 2017.

Recently, Harley's Bicycles relocated farther downtown and both buildings are for sale. The sixth photo shows the 623 N. Main building today, still owned by the Bob & Deborah Updegraff Rev. Trust.
