
RENO COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 4 p.m. Sunday in Reno County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2003 Chevy Tahoe driven by 41-year-old Laurie A. Hastings of Park City, was westbound on Kansas 96 at Yoder Road when the SUV left the roadway, entered the right ditch and Hastings overcorrected back onto the roadway.
The SUV then left the roadway to the right, entered the ditch and rolled.
EMS transported Hastings and a passenger 40-year-old Amanda Kirk of Maize to Hutchinson Regional Medical Center. They were not wearing seat belts, according to the KHP.
