A bridge replacement project will begin Jan. 26 on Northwest 12th Street between North Ridge Road and North Emma Creek Road. The bridge is west of Newton.

Northwest 12th Street will be closed to through traffic at the project site for the duration of the project. Residents will continue to have access to their properties.

The bridge replacement will be completed by King Construction. The project is anticipated to be completed by the end of August, contingent on weather.
