MCPHERSON COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 7 a.m. Monday in McPherson County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2009 Dodge Charger driven by Shane W. Riggle, 35, McPherson, was northbound on Kansas 61 at Arapaho Road in the left.
The car struck a 2008 Hyundia Santa Fe driven by Sadie M. Ramage, 29, Little River, who was northbound in the right lane and attempted to turn left onto Arapaho Road.
EMS transported Riggle to the McPherson Hospital. Ramage was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the KHP.
