HUTCHINSON, Kan. – Dillon Stores announced plans for a new off-site Dillons Fuel Center at 429 E 4th Avenue in Hutchinson, KS to provide customers with even more convenience and savings with Dillons’ fuel rewards. The fuel center will be located at the southwest corner of the intersection at 4th Avenue and Plum Street, accessibly located between Dillons at 725 E 4th Ave (4th Street Dillons) and Dillons at 206 W. 5th St. (5th & Adams Dillons). Construction is scheduled to begin on January 25 and is expected to be completed in spring 2021.
The new fuel center will feature seven fuel pumps with service for fourteen vehicles and offer both gasoline and diesel fuels with 24-hour service. It will also include a service kiosk, complete with “on-the-go” items such as cold beverages, candy bars, and snacks.
“Our Dillons customers have asked for an additional fuel center in Hutchinson and we are happy to respond,” said Sheila Regehr, Dillons’ spokesperson. “Once completed, customers can shop for groceries with us and then save instantly at the new fuel center just a few blocks away from their neighborhood store. It’s all about convenience and saving our customers both time and money.”
Customers enjoy savings of 2 cents off per gallon every day when they scan their Plus Card at the pump, or save 10 cents off per gallon, up to $1 off per gallon, when they participate in Dillons’ fuel rewards program. With this program, 1 fuel point is earned for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases, double points on participating gift cards, or two eligible prescription drug fills. Customers can then receive discounts automatically, when scanning their Plus Card at the pump.
