PLEASANTVIEW —&nbsp;The benefit auction to help Pleasantview resident Shirley Ropp was a major success last week. The event raised $73,205.

Ropp was in the hospital for 12 weeks with COVID-19 and pneumonia.

All&nbsp;Pleasantview area churches and&nbsp;auctioneer Paul Nisly came together to put on the event. 

Between that auction and the SHARE Haiti auction earlier this year, local residents have given over $200,000 to help others so far in 2022.

Pleasantview community supports their own
