Eagle Radio Hutchinson “Dollars to Donuts” Contest OFFICIAL RULES
1. LIMIT ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON, PER KEYWORD ROUND.
2. Contest Dates: 04/10/23-05/19/23
3. Random qualifiers drawn/contacted after each keyword registration window closes win one (1) dozen Daylight Donuts, two (2) one-day tickets to Dam Jam Music Festival at Lake Afton, KS. July 21 or 22, 2023, and qualify for the weekly bonus prize of $500 and two (2) two-day tickets to Dam Jam. Weekly bonuswinners will berandomly drawn from the previous week’s qualifiers and announced each Monday the following week. (4/17, 4/24, 5/1, 5/8, 5/15, 5/22.)
4. Access to the internet (available free at your local library), valid email address and phone number are required to enter the contest.
5. The “Dollars to Donuts” contest is open to all Kansas residents in the KHUT, KWBW or KHMY listening areas who are at least 18 years old, except employees of Eagle Communications and their immediate families.
6. “Dollars to Donuts” is a LOCAL multi-station contest conducted exclusively onthree radio stations of Eagle Communications in Hutchinson: KHMY-FM My 93-1; KHUT-FM Country 102.9; KWBW-AM 1450/KWBW-FM 98.5; with keywords entered at HutchPost.com.
7. HOW TO PLAY: Each weekday, participating Eagle Media radio stations (See #6) will each broadcast the same “Keyword to Qualify” at 9am, 12 Noon and 3pm. Listeners will have 15 minutes to enter the “Keyword to Qualify”in the contest form at Hutch Post.com. (A one-time registration that requires a valid email address will be necessary to participate.) A drawing will be held aftereach keyword window closes via random computer selection software. The selected winner will receive a gift certificate for one (1) dozen donuts from Daylight Donuts in Hutchinson, KS. and two (2) one-day tickets to Dam Jam Music Festival at Lake Afton, KS. July 21 or 22, 2023. After each week of qualifying, on the following Monday, a random bonus winner will be chosen via computer software from each of the previous week’s qualifiers to win a check for a minimum value of $500 and two (2) two-day tickets to Dam Jam.
8. Only one (1) weekly bonus $500 cash/two-day Dam Jam ticket winnerallowed per household.
9. Listeners may enter once for each keyword play. Duplicate online entries from the same name or email address may be discarded at the discretion of HutchPost.com management.
10. All daily qualifying winners will be contacted by phone or email. Weekly bonus winners may be called by phone by an Eagle Hutch Radio station on-air personality to congratulate the winner on-air. Multiple attempts will be made to contact winners, but if thereis no response within One (1) business day, another random winner may be chosen.
11. All winners will be required to pick up their prize in person and show valid Legal ID that matches their entry (See additional requirements in 11a)
11a. Dam Jam tickets will be distributed via emailed link with instructions on how to claim tickets with a coupon code (one coupon code used per ticket). Credit card is required during ticket claim process as Dam Jam will be a cashless venue and all drinks/food/merch will use a wristband assigned to your account.) 12. All winners will be responsible for any applicable taxes and fees.
13. No sponsors or their affiliates assume any liability in connection with this giveaway.
14. Eagle Communications reserves the right to disqualify any entry for violation of contest rules.
15. No purchase necessary to win.
16. The Dam Jam Music Festival is a rain or shine event. However, Eagle Communications will not be held responsible for replacement of concert tickets or their cash value in the event of cancellation/postponement of any acts by Dam Jam due to bad weather or act withdrawal, or for a refund for additional purchases made for campsites, parking, merchandise or concessions due to cancellation/postponement for whatever reason made by the venue. 17. Changes to these rules can be made at any time at the discretion of Eagle Communications.
18. All decisions concerning rules and contest regulations of the “2023 Eagle Radio Hutchinson “Dollars to Donuts” Contest are final and determined by Eagle Communications of Hutchinson. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
