Supplies headed for hurricane relief

NEWTON, Kan. — Grace Community Church in Newton is helping a Newton resident fill a semi with supplies for the hurricane victims in North Carolina.

You can take donations to the church at 1600 South Anderson in Newton from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday. According to Traylee Pickens post on Facebook, the supplies will leave on Monday.

Pickens is working through a church in Marion, NC.
