
PEARLAND, Texas — Teddy Allen led five double-figure scorers with 32 points to aid the Wichita Sky Kings to their 2nd TBL (The Basketball League) win over the Pearland Texas Warrions in Pearland, Texas, on Sunday night 113-102. Allen paced the Sky Kings with 5 for 9, 55.6% shooting from the outside. As a team, the Sky Kings shot 52.7% on 39 of 74 shooting from the field. Wichita had a big 65-44 lead at halftime. The Warriors made a second half run, but came up short in the end with the Sky Kings earning their second first season win.
Brandon Watkins' had 16points. Kameron Willams 14 pts. and Terrell Brown added 12. Next action for the Wichita Sky Kings will be Saturday night at 6 as they travel to Rockwall, Texas to take on the Rockwall 7ERS. Wichita will finish out its start-of-the-season road trip a game in Enid, Oklahoma, on March 12. They return home to open the home part of the season at Koch Arena on the campus of Wichita State University on March 17 versus the Shreveport Mavericks.Kids 10 and under are admitted free with a paying adult.
