Release from Central Christian School
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Central Christian School’s Kindergarten Exploration and First Grade Preview will be held on Tuesday, March 8, at 6:30 p.m. at 1910 E. 30th Avenue, Hutchinson. Prospective kindergarteners and their families are encouraged to attend. Central offers a half-day morning kindergarten program and an optional afternoon enrichment program.
At Kindergarten Roundup and First Grade Preview, parents will see current kindergarten students demonstrate what they have been learning. There will also be a time for parents to visit with CCS teachers and administrators, talk about financial aid, and learn about Central’s offerings. During the parents session, Central Christian High School students will treat the children to supervised classroom activities. Refreshments will be provided.
At CCS, students receive an outstanding educational and spiritual foundation that focuses on developing character qualities. Elementary school instruction includes a strong phonics-based reading curriculum as well as other advanced learning instruction. Central Christian provides a structured classroom setting balanced with creative freedom and a low student-teacher ratio.
