COFFEYVILLE – Forward Haley Rogers posted her third multi-goal game of the season while forward Katharina Marx tied a career single-game high for assists to power the No. 16-ranked Hutchinson Community College women's soccer team to a shutout victory over the Coffeyville Red Ravens.
The Blue Dragons registered their third-straight shutout after a 3-0 victory over Coffeyville at Veterans Memorial Stadium.
Now 4-0-1 in their last five games, the Blue Dragons improved to 8-2-4 overall and 7-2-4 (25 points) in the Jayhawk Conference. Hutchinson plays host to Barton at 6 p.m. on Wednesday at the Salthawk Sports Complex. Coffeyville is now 1-10-3 and 0-9-3 in the KJCCC.
Rogers had two goals on five shots taken, scoring in the sixth and 15th minute to give the Blue Dragons a 2-0 lead. Now with team highs of 11 goals and 28 points for the season, Rogers earned her third game-winning goal.
Sophomore midfielder Kaitlyn Edwards had the other goal for the Blue Dragons. Snapping a six-game streak without a goal, Edwards' eighth goal of the season came in the 61st minute to give Hutchinson a 3-0 lead.
Marx tied her single-game career high for assists with three against the Red Ravens. That matched the three assists she had in her collegiate debut last season against Northeastern Junior College on August 20, 2023.
This was the 59th time a Blue Dragon player had at least three assists in a game in program history and Marx became the 16th Blue Dragon player in reach 20 career assists. She also has a career season high 11 assists this season.
The Dragons posted three consecutive shutouts for the 27th time in program history and it was the 188th shutout all-time.
Freshman goalkeeper Marina Lopez (5-0-1) posted her fourth shoutout of the season. That ties her with Bailey Shupe for ninth on the Blue Dragon freshman goalkeepers list. Lopez made two saves against the Ravens.

Hutchinson won its fifth-straight game over Coffeyville and is now 19-5 all-time against the Ravens with 12 shutouts in series history.
