
HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The City of Hutchinson Land Bank is having a meeting October 15 at 3 p.m. by conference call.
On the agenda for the meeting is the approval of the Land Bank's June meeting minutes, the regular financial and property reports and an application for donation of 716 West 5th.
The adjacent property owner has told City staff he would be interested in purchasing the property if the Land Bank acquired it and took previous tax owing off the books for it.
At the time of the publishing of the agenda, Frank Callahan had not yet submitted a site plan describing the proposed new use of the lot.
The Land Bank is also going to discuss the 2020 Tax Sale.
