CLOUD COUNTY — Two Hutchinson residents were killed in an accident in Cloud County Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol, 67-year-old Micheal Eugene Kaufman and 67-year-old Delinda Lea Kaufman were riding their 2008 Suzuki VL800 motorcycle around 2:45 p.m. Tuesday and attempting to negotiate the curve on K-9 highway three miles west of Concordia when they struck a 2013 Chevy Silverado driven by 45-year-old Matthew Curtis Blad of Beloit.
Blad was not transported from the scene. The Kaufmans were both taken to Nutter Mortuary.
