HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Midway Motors has acquired Allen Samuels Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Hutchinson, a move the company says will keep the dealership locally owned and operated while expanding services and opportunities for customers and employees.
The acquisition marks a new chapter for both organizations and keeps ownership in the community rather than transferring it to an out-of-town corporation, according to Midway Motors.
Company officials said customers can expect a seamless transition, with continued focus on customer service, community involvement and long-term growth.
The acquisition is expected to preserve current jobs while creating opportunities for future employment growth as operations expand, the company said.
Midway Motors said combining teams and operations should provide customers with faster service, enhanced inventory and an improved overall experience. The company said an increased parts inventory and greater service capacity could help reduce wait times and improve turnaround in the service department.
