BUHLER, Kan. — The month of August has high water usage, and the city of Buhler is concerned about staying within its allowed water rights.
Residents were alerted on social media last week that the city is now on the next phase of its water conservation plan.
This means that even addresses can water their lawns on even days of the month, with odd addresses watering on odd days.
The city still is encouraging watering before 10 a.m. and after 9 p.m., if it must be done.
