Ronald Dean Bryant, 55, of McPherson, passed away at 4:52 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2022 unexpectedly at his residence. Ronald was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee on November 4, 1966, a son of Sherilyn Evamae Grace (Hodgkin) Thompson and David Linwood Bryant.
Ronald attended and graduated from Faith Baptist School, Olathe, in 1985. He then attended a computer trade school in Roanoke, Virginia. He was a member of Countryside Covenant Church in McPherson. Through the years Ronald worked as a operator with Viega Mfg. for 13 years. Ronald enjoyed Chiefs football, especially watching them win with his daughter Camille, Nascar, especially Dale Earnhardt Jr., traveling, camping and spending time with friends and family. His life ambition was to have a family, which he did with Menchu and Camille. Ronald Bryant was united in marriage to Menchu Perida on March 23, 2013 in McPherson. The young couple established their first home together in McPherson. This union was blessed with Ron adopting Menchu daughter, Camille.
He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Menchu Bryant, of McPherson; his daughter Camille Bryant, of McPherson; his father, David Bryant and his wife Sue, of Hudson, Florida; his mother, Sherilyn Thompson and her husband Bob, of Windham, Maine; his siblings, Rick Bryant and his significant other Rhonda Apana, of Dexter, Maine; Holly Page and her husband Morey, of Vernon, Vermont; Randall Bryant and his significant other Marta Landeros, of Lyons; and Rusty Bryant and his wife Loreane, of Watervliet, New York. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and a host of friends.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 9, 2022 at Glidden-Ediger Chapel, McPherson.
