 </figure>SOUTH HUTCHINSON, Kan.— Reno County Public Works announced Wednesday that Smoots Creek Road between Laredo and Andre roads remains closed.The bridge over Smoots Creek was being inspected by the state last week. Now Public Works says the bridge will be replaced and that area of Smoots Creek Road will be closed until further notice.
