Billie Fay Davis, 92, passed away Sunday, April 10, 2022 at Ascension Via Christi St. Francis Hospital in Wichita. She was born on June 28, 1929 in Hobart, Oklahoma, to Emmit Lee and Gracie Lee (Nelson) Evans. Billie graduated Hobert High School, Hobart Oklahoma in 1947. She worked for Elkview Hospital in Horbart, Ok as a cook. She was a member of The Pratt Baptist Church and the ladies guild. She loved to Watch T.V. and was an excellent cook. Billie was a very good seamstress and made a lot of her girls school clothes. She is survived by his daughter, Vivian Lynn Swinford of Pratt; grandsons, Jimi Keith Swinford of Pratt and Jason Christopher Williams of Albuquerque, New Mexico; and son in-law, Kenneth Williams of Liberty, Missouri. Billie is preceded in death by her Father, Emmit Lee Evans; Mother, Gracie Lee Nelson; and daughter Mary Ruth Williams. Cremation has taken place. There will be no services.&nbsp;&nbsp;
