 MCPHERSON, Kan. — The City of McPherson will host a meet and greet session later this month at the McPherson Community Building, 122 E. Marlin. McPherson Mayor Tom Brown and Commissioners Gary Mehl and Larry Wiens, along with several department heads, will be on hand Aug. 19 from 4 to 6 p.m. in Citizens Hall.&nbsp;

The gathering will provide an opportunity to learn about current and upcoming City projects and services from the commission, City Administrator Austin Regier, departments heads and others. This could include, but is not limited to, updates on Fire Station No. 2, street repairs or the replacement of park structures.&nbsp;
