HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The latest earnings session for companies with ties to the area comes to an end Thursday when Kroger releases its third quarter numbers.
The parent company of Dillons is coming off a strong second quarter with total sales of $30.5 billion, compared with $28.2 billion for the same three months last year.
Forecasts feel that Kroger's numbers might be as strong as the first six months of its fiscal year as the pandemic-driven shopping activity may be slowing.
Kroger will release its earnings before the bell.
