We'll be conducting a DUI check lane this weekend in Harvey County. The check lane will start Friday evening and continue into Saturday morning.
The DUI check lane serves as a way to share knowledge with drivers on the dangers of intoxicated driving, as well as stopping and removing a driver from the roadway if they are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Getting an educational flyer from us is a much better way to go. Please make smart decisions and have a plan to safely get to your destination.
The check lane is coordinated with the assistance of the Kansas Highway Patrol and other local law enforcement partners.
