Reno County property owners with past-due 2024 real estate taxes have until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 31, 2025, to make payment and avoid having their names published in the newspaper as delinquent taxpayers.
Payments made after the July 31 deadline will incur additional interest charges and publication fees, which will be added to the outstanding balance.
Taxpayers are encouraged to check whether they have unpaid 2024 real estate taxes by visiting the Reno County Treasurer’s website at https://www.renocountyks.gov/to-avoid-further-fees-and.
Payments can be made in person at the Reno County Treasurer’s Office, located in the Annex at 125 West First Avenue, Hutchinson. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
