FINNEY COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities investigating a fatal shooting have identified the victim as Victor Cabrera, 32, of Garden City.
Just before 7:00 p.m. Sunday, police were dispatched to 1404 W. Fulton Street Apt. 4, in Garden City after report of a man shot in the head, according to Sgt. Lana Urteaga.
At the scene, police located the Cabrera and Finney County EMS transported him St. Catherine Hospital. He was later flown to Via Christi Hospital in Wichita where he died.
